Evaluation .                       EVALUATION 7 Evaluation is the stage that comes after learning has completed, it places us on the spectrum that shows whether learning has taken place or not. It shows those grey areas where the teacher and the learner both have to put equal efforts to excel. Of course every learner and their teachers wants to be on the positive side of the spectrum as it shows their efficiency and effectiveness. It has been often noticed that the mad race among the learners is not for knowledge but for the acknowledgement that they have successfully completed the race. The curiosity and urge for learning is taking backstage that's where the process takes place but unfortunately the refinement process is often considered secondary and what matters is the ultimate product ( clearing the exams).
