Career Trajectories of the middle aged men and women.

Career Trajectories of the middle aged men and women.

Not everyone is blessed to follow the career of their dreams. It has been observed through numerous instances that people ought to adopt the career that satisfies their urgent monetary needs and carry on with it till they approach a saturation point. At times they are unable to cope with the changing times and lag behind their counterparts. Here we come across their suppressed dreams and reluctance to change with time as one of the important barriers to be economically successful.

Women on the other hand, especially the ones employed with the private sector low paying jobs find it very difficult both mentally and economically to grow and also to take the risk of venturing into another job. While women who are employed in the government sector are economically stable but reach a plateau stage in their career. Similarly middle aged men too are burdened with a growing sense of remorse for not gaining enough economic and mental stability.

The most crucial requirement is to control the wandering negative thought process. Go back in the past and bring back your dreams . Start nourishing them parallel to your present. Give time to yourself , plan your goals, work on it and then start materialising it. Take help of your spouse ,kids or closet friends to expand your horizon. At the same time keep the tab of the present and learn some new skills which will help you achieve your past dreams. Keep yourself busy and develop the habit of writing a diary.

Think positive , exercise and stay healthy.

The clowns — once beloved — entered the ring, And played the worst trumpet known to fame. Their friendly tussle turned too real, Peace, to them, was an unfunny deal. As with world leaders who, too, reject stillness, Addicted to noise, chaos, and the ringing of cash registers. Amid the uproar, the absence of the Ring Master was deeply felt. A cry rose from the crowd — where was he? Behind the dark curtains, a shadow stirred, And from it emerged the Ring Master, finally. With a whip crack and silent grace, Even the furious clowns froze in place. Normalcy returned, laughter r...

The Gini and Me

The Gini and Me I once opened a bottle and a gini came out. The stories I believed as a child melted quietly in my youth— never real, yet never forgotten. As I slided toward maturity, AI gripped the world around me. I want to bottle AI. Remove it, use it, pack it again and again— like a tool, not a tether. Let me feel the wind with skin, not sensors. Let me fail, foolishly, and laugh with no algorithm watching. Let me look as I am— with no filters. Let me be a human— with a brain and a beating, perseverance spider.

Essence of life

A contemplative poem on life journey. Essence of life lies in moving on — from stages of attachment to detachment , desires to nothingness , compulsion to repulsion , selfishness to generosity , darkness to enlightenment , fakeness to authenticity , certainty to uncertainty , vocal to silence — and sometimes, just being an observer and not being judgemental.
